If the MailtoConvert software fails to work
If the Demo edition works, but the License edition do not
Request must be made from 30 days of purchasing the software
If there is some feature present in Demo but missing from License Edition

Refund will not be granted If:

If the request is not made within 30 Days of purchase
If you have not tried the Demo Edition
Do not need the software anymore
Accidentally purchase the software
Wanting to purchase other software
Fail to activate the product
